A whole house renovation!!

Had a whole house renovation done by these guys - lovely group of very hardworking brothers. Capable of doing everything in house, they were polite and very friendly always which was great as they were onsite for 3 months. Removed and fitted a new kitchen

Fantastic job. Alush and his team removed our old kitchen and fitted a new Howdens one. This involved a lot of work - a new floor and ceiling, new insulation, re-routing plumbing and electrics, a big new kitchen window and exterior door, adding a steel. Plus they did some excellent unexpected drainage work, and some exterior remedial work - taking off the external wall's scree and replacing it. They were neat, tidy, on time, helpful and respectful throughout. Highly recommended.

We are a family-run building company working across South London. We take pride in solid work, clean lines, and the small details that make a big difference once you are actually living in the space.

Most of our work is on house extensions, refurbishments and loft conversions, often in lived-in homes. We understand how disruptive building work can be, so we plan carefully, keep things tidy, and try to make the process as straightforward as possible.

If you have an architect, that is great. If you do not, that is fine too. We are used to working from drawings and design ideas, but we are also happy to talk things through in plain terms and help shape practical solutions where needed.

Our aim is simple: clear quotes, a clear plan, and proper communication while the build is happening. We want you to know what is going on, what comes next, and where decisions need to be made, without things feeling rushed or unclear.

Do you use subcontractors?
No. We build the work ourselves and stay hands-on. It keeps quality consistent and it is easier for you because there is one main team on the job.
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes, quotes are free. For extensions, lofts and refurbishments we usually visit first, so we can be accurate on access, structure and what is involved.
Can you work with my architect?
Yes. We are comfortable on architect-led projects and we are happy working from drawings, specs and site meetings.
How do you keep communication clear during the build?
We keep it simple. Regular updates, quick answers, and decisions written down so nothing gets missed. If you prefer, we can use a shared WhatsApp group so everyone stays in the loop.
What kind of projects do you take on?
House extensions, loft conversions, full refurbishments, kitchens and joinery, plus general building. We like projects where the finish matters and where people want it done properly.
Are you fully insured?
Yes. We carry full public liability and employer’s liability insurance, so your home and the people working on it are properly covered.
Can you help with planning permission or building control?
Yes. We regularly work alongside architects and building control and can guide you on what approvals are needed and when.
Will I be living in the house during the work?
In most cases, yes. We plan the work to minimise disruption, keep the site tidy, and make sure your home stays usable throughout the build.
How do you handle changes during the project?
Changes are discussed first, priced clearly, and agreed before we proceed. That way there are no surprises later.
