We work across South London and surrounding areas. If you are not sure whether we cover your location,
send us the postcode and a quick outline of the project.
How long does a typical extension take?
Timelines vary by size and complexity. Once we have the scope, access and any approvals confirmed, we will give you a realistic programme and keep you updated as the job progresses.
Can I live in the house during the build?
In most cases, yes. We plan the work to reduce disruption, protect existing areas, keep the site tidy, and keep the house usable wherever possible.
How do you handle changes during the project?
Any changes are discussed first, priced clearly, and agreed before we proceed. That way there are no surprises later.
Do you use subcontractors?
We stay hands-on and keep a consistent main team on the job. If a specialist trade is needed, we will tell you upfront and manage it properly.
Do you help with planning permission and building control?
Yes. We regularly work alongside architects and building control. If planning approval is needed, we can help you understand what is required and how it affects the build.
How do you keep the site safe and tidy?
We keep the site organised, protect existing areas, and tidy up daily. It makes the build safer and helps reduce disruption while you are living in the house.
Will I have one main point of contact?
Yes. You deal directly with the people running the job, so communication stays clear and decisions are dealt with quickly.
Yes. We carry full public liability and employer’s liability insurance, so your home and everyone on site is properly covered.
What do you need from me to price the job properly?
Ideally, drawings (if you have them), a short description of what you want to achieve, and any known constraints (access, parking, party wall, time pressures).
If you are early stage, we can still give guidance on likely costs and next steps after an initial chat.
